Dr. Nikolai Genov is the CEO and co-founder of Leap Dynamics GmbH. With a PhD in bioinformatics, he combines scientific expertise with hands-on experience in AI, data science, clinical data management, biostatistics and software development.

His work spans healthcare, life sciences and finance, with a particular focus on regulated environments where data quality, reproducibility and compliance are critical. Nikolai leads projects ranging from R/Python analytics and clinical data pipelines to private LLM systems, AI-assisted software development, MCP integrations and automated reporting solutions.

He has worked on projects in banking, pharma, clinical research and scientific computing, and regularly takes responsibility for technical leadership, project coordination and stakeholder communication. His approach combines strategic thinking with practical implementation, helping clients turn complex data and AI challenges into reliable, production-ready solutions.

Adrian Eisenmeier is a senior AI engineer, software architect and computational scientist with a background in physics and more than a decade of experience in software development, data science and scientific computing.

His expertise covers agentic AI, local LLM infrastructure, RAG and GraphRAG systems, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Python, R, C#, C++ and modern DevOps environments. Adrian has designed and implemented AI systems for secure and regulated environments, including on-premise solutions, AI-assisted software engineering workflows and enterprise automation.

His scientific background includes computational physics, QM/MM simulations, molecular modelling, spectroscopy and machine learning. At Leap Dynamics, Adrian focuses on technically demanding projects that require a combination of AI engineering, software architecture, reproducible computation and robust implementation.
